Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are securely attached.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
